Ever Vessel Warranty

Our products are covered with either the Ever Vessel Lifetime Warranty or the Ever Vessel 12 Month Warranty as shown below:

Ever Vessel Lifetime Warranty

The Ever Vessel Lifetime Warranty covers faulty workmanship and/or materials for the lifetime of the product when the product is used in normal conditions and in accordance with the care and use instructions provided. Lifetime of the product may vary for each product.

If a product covered under this warranty ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, even after extended use, Ever Vessel Pty Ltd will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at their discretion.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, alteration, misuse, abuse and normal wear and tear.

Products covered under this warranty are to the original owner and when purchased from evervessel.com or an authorised Ever Vessel stockist.

To claim under this warranty customers must notify us at support@evervessel.com, provide an order number or receipt as proof of purchase and provide Ever Vessel with further information when requested.

Ever Vessel will then provide a return address for the item.

All shipping to Ever Vessel for warranty evaluation must be prepaid and insured. We recommend that you ask for a tracking number from your shipper. Ever Vessel cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your warranty claim.

If the damage is determined to be covered under the terms of the Ever Vessel Lifetime Warranty, it will be repaired or replaced and sent to you as quickly as possible.

This Ever Vessel warranty sits alongside applicable consumer protection law.

Ever Vessel 12 Month Warranty

The Ever Vessel 12 Month Warranty covers faulty workmanship and/or materials for up to 12 months from the date of purchase of the product when the product is used in normal conditions and in accordance with the care and use instructions provided.

If a product covered under this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect within 12 months from the date of purchase, Ever Vessel Pty Ltd will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at their discretion.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, alteration, misuse, abuse and normal wear and tear.

Products covered under this warranty are to the original owner and when purchased from evervessel.com or an authorised Ever Vessel stockist.

Ever Vessel Returns


If you purchased or received a product directly from evervessel.com and would like to return or exchange it within 30 days, we can issue you a refund for the purchase amount (less shipping). Returned goods must be in an undamaged, original condition with all original packaging and must be made within 30 days of purchase (excluding personalised products). To process a return or exchange, please email us at support@evervessel.com.

If you received the wrong product in your shipment, are missing something from your order or have received a faulty product please contact us directly at support@evervessel.com. To expedite a resolution, please indicate your order number as well as the item that was shipped in error or was missing from your order. We will process a replacement shipment and provide return instructions if applicable as soon as possible.

If you purchased a personalised product, we cannot accept a return if you have changed your mind, made an error in the personalisation process or selected the wrong product.
